While he recognizes that working a traditional 9-to-5 has its benefits, Kory believes that building a promising future through his own ventures is the true key to making change happen. By stepping into ownership, he has found the freedom to take charge of his own narrative and create impact in meaningful ways.
Kory’s journey is marked by a wide range of passions—teaching, coaching, singing, musicianship, and writing children’s books. Each avenue reflects his deep commitment to growth, creativity, and inspiring others. Genevieve’s journey as an author is grounded in her unwavering belief that stories have the power to shape hearts, build resilience, and inspire transformation. As the co-creator of The Fuzzy Furry Forest children’s book series, she brings warmth and imagination to life alongside her husband and creative partner, Kory L. Body. Together, under the banner of GenKo, they co-wrote Ruffles and Kelly Kanga—heartfelt tales that celebrate courage, belonging, and emotional intelligence for young readers.
Beyond the written word, Genevieve is also the co-producer and co-host of the Take the Elevator podcast, a thought-provoking show that uplifts everyday topics with positivity, perspective, and purpose.
